DealerCRM
DealerCRM vs DriveCentric

Theirs tries to text back.
Ours picks up the phone.

DriveCentric is a beautiful CRM for the last decade of car selling. DealerCRM is built for the next one — multi-vertical catalogs, autonomous voice, an in-house valuation engine, and a privacy-forward identity layer that survives the death of third-party cookies.

Documented Security Controls OliviaAI Voice Multi-Vertical Built-In Valuation Identity Bridge Cloud-Native Forensic Compliance
The Generational Gap

Three things they cannot do today.

Outbound voice that talks back.

OliviaAI places real two-way phone calls — handles call screeners, leaves the right voicemail, and converses through a low-latency voice fabric built on frontier real-time models — and she handles Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct & WhatsApp threads on top of SMS and email. DriveCentric's agents are text and email only.

A category they don't compete in

Twelve verticals. One platform.

Auto, RV, marine, powersports, OPE, ag, construction, commercial truck, trailer, golf cart, manufactured home — fully cataloged with specs, images and live spec-lookup. DriveCentric is auto-only.

Anyone non-auto literally can't use them

A valuation engine you own.

Retail / wholesale / trade-in / DOM / depreciation, fitted to your own marketplace corpus of 5.9M+ live US listings — with an auditable comp grid for every appraisal. DriveCentric pays a third party for less than this.

Self-improving, no per-look fee
Scale & Trust

Cloud-native architecture. Compliance baked in.

DriveCentric is a legacy CRM with AI features bolted on — the same stack that's served the industry for the last decade. DealerCRM was built AI-first on a serverless, event-driven foundation that scales to zero when idle and to thousands of concurrent users when traffic hits.

Evidence-based controls

Tenant isolation, encryption, DLP, exportable audit history, monitored operations and recovery evidence.

Serverless at the core

200+ functions, 80+ scheduled jobs, edge gates, low-latency real-time relays. Auto-scales. No capacity planning, ever.

Sub-second hot paths

A warming layer keeps user-facing endpoints hot, with persistent database-connection pooling. No cold-start tax on the customer card.

Realtime everywhere

Real-time channels for every customer, every rep, every dashboard. New text, new lead, new appointment — visible in milliseconds, not minutes.

Security by design

Multi-tenant fail-closed isolation. HMAC-signed webhooks. Edge-rate-limited public catalogs. Constant-time secret compare. Every mutation audited.

Provider-agnostic AI

Per-call routing across multiple frontier-model providers. Auto-failover on rate limits. Model registry with continuous benchmarking — never locked to one vendor.

Cloud-native data

Managed cloud database with row-level security. No DB ops. Zero-downtime migrations. Telemetry tables on every critical path.

Continuous deployment

Git-push to production. Multiple deploys a day. Backed by automatic Lambda rename strategy for hot-path testing. Legacy CRMs ship quarterly.

Native, Not Bolted On

AI doesn't live in our CRM.
Our CRM is built on AI.

DriveCentric ships discrete AI products you can buy as add-ons — Sales Agent, Nurture Agent, Prospect Agent, Genius Reply. Each one is a feature module sitting on top of a 2018-era CRM. Ours is the opposite — every workflow has AI in it from the foundation up, and the things AI needs (telephony, email delivery, SMS routing, real-time signal) live inside our walls, not at a partner.

AutoPencil — desking, native

A real desking tool, in-house, AI-aware everywhere.

AutoPencil is our own deal structuring engine — origination, lease, balloon, cash. 50-state tax and fee calc, lender programs, buy/sell rate spread, money factors, OEM captives, payment rolls. Not a partner handoff to a third-party retail platform. The dealer keeps the deal in one tool, on one screen, with one source of truth.

Because it's native, AI uses it. OliviaAI can quote a real payment from inside a text thread. The customer card surfaces a one-click pencil. The BDC kanban can attach a structured deal to any lead. The eBrochure chat can answer "what would my payment look like at $3K down" with actual math, not a marketing range.

Quotable from any text thread
Attaches to any BDC lead
Lives on the customer card
Powers eBrochure chat math
DriveCentric users on industry forums describe their desking module as "the absolute worst" — full digital retail requires an AutoFi handoff to a separate platform.
First-party comms

We own telephony, email, and SMS. Compliance demands it.

Calls, texts, and email are not features we plug in — they are core infrastructure we operate. Every voice leg, every SMS, every inbound email passes through our own webhook fabric, our own signature verification, our own consent ledger, our own audit trail.

AI cannot actually pick up the phone, or read an inbound text, or detect an opt-out keyword in a conversational way, if those rails are owned by a third-party that hands you a finished record an hour later. Compliance — TCPA, CAN-SPAM, A2P 10DLC, SOC 2 — also demands a clean chain of custody we can audit ourselves. We don't ship that off to a partner.

Voice: own webhook + recording + transcript
SMS: own routing + media + opt-out classifier
Email: own send + inbound + signed webhook
Forensic consent ledger across all three
DriveCentric stitches together third-party providers for each rail. AI sees a partial view, compliance evidence is fragmented, and the dealer is exposed if any link in that chain breaks.

Where DealerCRM Wins

Twenty-four moats. Built, deployed, in production.

Production
OliviaAI outbound voice

Real two-way phone conversations. Handles call screeners, voicemail, and live humans with separate templates. Every call recorded, transcribed, summarized.

Live spec lookup mid-call

Cache → web search → stealth scrape cascade. OliviaAI says "let me confirm" and circles back inside the same call.

12 vertical catalogs

Auto, RV, marine, powersports, OPE, ag, CE, CT, EB, GC, MH, TR. Specs, photos, scrapers, browse pages.

In-house valuation engine

Retail percentile distribution, wholesale, trade offer, recon estimate, DOM prediction, 12 + 24 month forecast — with auditable comp grid.

Find Similar Inventory

Vertical-aware scoring — body-type equivalence, fuel-type families, EV/PHEV pattern matching, diversity caps.

eBrochure consumer chat

Customer-facing OliviaAI on every brochure. Seven function-calling tools — capture lead, schedule, search inventory, transfer.

Identity bridge

HMAC-signed tokens stitch anonymous visitors to known customers across origins. Survives third-party cookie deprecation. They don't.

Behavioral visitor corpus

Page view, scroll depth, click, image view, page exit, chat events. The dealer's entire web surface, attributable.

Marketplace listing tracker

5.9M+ live US auto listings plus full RV / marine / powersports — lifecycle-detected solds. Powers the valuation engine.

AutoPencil — native desking

Origination, lease, balloon, cash. 50-state tax/fee, lender programs, buy/sell rate spread, money factor, OEM captives. Quotable from inside a text thread, the customer card, or BDC.

Inventory ↔ catalog matcher

VIN squish caching, decoder writeback, fuzzy YMMT, sub-brand resolution. ~96% link rate.

Image curation pipeline

Rehost-to-CDN, vision-model classification, 15-angle taxonomy, watermark/dealership rejection, automatic best-photo reorder.

Stock image cross-defense

Token filter, dealer voting with auto-blocklist, weekly audit cron. No more pickup truck on a snowmobile listing.

Per-rep inbound text auto-reply

Manual / semi-auto-with-TTL / autonomous, per-rep hours, supersede-on-event, recency-weighted prompts.

Next Contact Engine

Delivery-gated chain. Conversation-state evaluation. Lease lifecycle and equity awareness drive scheduling cadence.

Wishlist GPT matcher

Customer types "red SUV under $40k with 3rd row" — parsed into structured criteria, matched as inventory arrives, task fires on the Sales POC.

Forensic SMS / email consent

TCPA disclosure on grant. AI opt-out intent classifier. Per-channel revoke audit trail with source-message linkage.

Centralized changelog

Every mutation, every category, every tenant — one queryable log. Compliance and forensics, free.

POC system

Sales / BDC / Service / Finance / Parts. Multiple per customer per store. Soft-versioned. Auto-task on assignment.

BDC command center

Derived no-show / be-back stages, drag-and-drop, ADF parser handles XML, key:value, and free-text leads. 5s realtime.

Universal Drilldown v2

One panel, one cohort registry, dozens of metrics. Click any KPI on any dashboard, see the rows.

Multi-tenant fail-closed

Subdomain comes from the validated session only. No body / query string overrides. Documented, enforced, audited.

Dealer-website tracking

A snippet on the dealer's own site captures every visit, click, form submit — attributed back to the customer record post-form.

OliviaPad floating co-pilot

An AI assistant on every authenticated page, one keystroke away. Always in context.

Feature-by-Feature

A direct comparison.

No marketing copy. The actual capabilities of each platform, side by side.

Ours was built for what's coming next.

DealerCRM · voAIce
Newest in DealerCRM

The texted photo legacy CRMs throw away.

New Photos · Video · Every channel

Omnichannel media intelligence — what they send, understood

A customer texts a trade-in photo, snaps a window sticker, sends a walkaround video, or chats on your website before they ever give a name. On most CRMs that's a dead-end attachment nobody opens — and anonymous web traffic stays invisible. DealerCRM reads it all and ties it to the right customer, across every channel, even before they identify themselves.

Every image, read — identifies the vehicle, condition, and any legible stock # or VIN, and categorizes it: trade-in, window sticker, odometer, damage. The photo becomes data, not a dead attachment
Video heard and seen — the audio is transcribed and the picture is read too; non-English speech is translated. A silent walkaround still tells you which unit
One brain across every channel — text, email, your website chat, eBrochure chat, and video calls share the same understanding and memory. The customer never repeats themselves
Anonymous becomes known — someone browses or sends a photo before they identify; the moment they convert, every message and image snaps onto their record. Nothing lost
Your site and ours, one identity — the chat on the dealer's own website and the brochures we host resolve to a single customer, with no third-party cookies. Built for the post-cookie web
PII stays protected — a driver's license or pay stub routes to encrypted storage. The system notes the category, never the numbers
New · August 2026 Shipped · in production

The August wave — loyalty programs, your own mailbox, deeper desking

The newest layer, live in production on the same platform — still one login, one customer record, one vendor.

Loyalty membership programs, run from the CRM — tiers with real benefits and budget caps, automatic earning from every closed repair order and delivered deal, member standing right on the profile at write-up, and an honest two-step redemption that restores the benefit automatically if the discount never lands on the repair order. OliviaAI welcomes members and marks tier changes — on consented channels only. Full story at dealercrm.com/loyalty
Mailbox Sync — keep your Outlook, keep your Gmail — reps connect the mailbox they already use; customer conversations appear in DealerCRM on their own, replies send from the rep’s real address, and anything that isn’t a customer conversation is never stored
Multi-collateral desking — several units on one deal — per-unit taxes, down-payment and trade-allowance allocation across units, and payment rolls against the unit you pick. Built for the RV, marine, powersports and trailer packages other deskings pretend don’t exist
Forms that map themselves — upload the dealership’s own PDF and DealerCRM reads it and maps the fields automatically, flagging a human only where it isn’t sure — nobody types field names into a template editor
Trade appraisals pushed to vAuto — a trade-in goes from any trade surface into the dealer’s vAuto appraisal queue in one tap, so the used-car desk works in the tool it already trusts while the customer record stays the system of record
Save A Deal — a manager dashboard that surfaces the deals going sideways — gone quiet, unworked, slipping — while there is still time to save them. On the web and in the native mobile app
Per-deal gross where managers actually look — Lead Closing and the Desk Log carry per-deal front and back gross, with a Profit tile fed straight from the DMS’s own closed deals — close rate and gross quality by source, drillable to the deal
OliviaAI tells the rep what she already did — a readable lead summary sits where salespeople actually work — web and mobile — including a clear note when OliviaAI answered the customer herself, so nobody walks into a conversation cold
New · Late summer 2026 Shipped · in production

Shipped since midsummer — and already in stores

The stacks below are in production today. These landed after them, on the same platform — still one login, one customer record, one vendor.

The interactive manual, taught by OliviaAI — every part of the product has a lesson inside the product — 15 categories and 90 topics, each with an OliviaAI video, real screenshots, a click-through practice run, and a link straight into the live screen. New capability ships with its lesson the same day, so a new hire trains themselves instead of waiting on a trainer
Customer Snapshot — know how to open before you speak — a plain-English read of where the relationship actually stands sits under the customer’s name — on the profile, in the inbox, on the BDC board, and in search results. Not a score nobody trusts and not a wall of metrics: the two or three things that change what the rep says first
OEM and enterprise lead programs, wired direct — the International Motors heavy- and medium-duty truck lead program flows in through a certified connection and writes real dispositions back in real time, so the OEM sees the store working the lead. Everything else — ADF, third-party marketplaces, the dealer’s own vendors through the Partner API — lands in the same inbox on the same customer record
Ownership follow-up that runs for years, not weeks — equity position, lease end, loan aging, price drops, service visits and model-line pushes drive the next touch on the customer’s preferred channel — out past the usual 90-day cadence and into the whole ownership cycle. It stands down on its own the moment a human is actually in the conversation
Nothing sits unowned — an inbound call, text, or messaging thread with no rep attached is visible to the whole store with a one-tap Take that can only be won once, and an AI pass decides whether a message genuinely needs a human before it lands on anyone’s To Do. The unclaimed lead stops being the one nobody sees
Try it on your own store first — a qualified dealer gets a private practice dealership at dealercrm.com/sandbox — real product, realistic data, a working OliviaAI, isolated from everything. Hands on the actual software before a signature, not a scripted demo driven by someone else
New · Summer 2026 Shipped · in production

The summer 2026 stack — shipped since spring

The eight-tool spring stack below was only the start. The summer releases below are built into the same platform — not bolted on or bought.

DealerCRM Watch — Apple Watch & Wear OS — the CRM on the rep’s wrist: run the live meeting, log the test drive as it happens, mark it sold, and answer the lead with OliviaAI voice — every message approved before it sends. Native on both platforms, included with every account
App One, both ways — marine, RV, powersports and trailer stores submit through App One, so the deal goes across once from the desk or the customer, updates in place when you re-desk, and sends lender decisions, rates, stipulations and funding status back onto the customer.
Branded RCS messaging — the dealership’s name and logo on the customer’s native messaging thread, with verified-sender trust. Rich vehicle cards with tappable actions (book a test drive, apply for credit, get directions), designed appointment passes with one-tap confirm, delivery and read receipts, and reactions — on iPhone and Android
DealerIdentify branded calling — outbound calls display the dealership’s verified name instead of “Unknown Caller,” so more customers actually answer. Every DealerCRM number is enrolled automatically
A real softphone — and no voicemail — every rep’s dealership line rings on desktop and mobile with live transfer, hold, and call flip between devices. A missed or declined call is answered by OliviaAI on the rep’s behalf — never dumped to a voicemail box
Embedded credit — prescreen, customer pre-qualification, full bureau pull, and one-click credit push to the dealer’s lender platforms — inside the deal and the customer card, not a separate portal login
In-house e-signature — legally binding ESIGN/UETA contract signing with tamper-evident sealed PDFs, per-signer engagement tracking, and no per-envelope fees to a third party
The Tower — live floor command — a self-writing floor log, up rotation, TO dispatch, and showroom TV boards. Floor visits create themselves from arrivals, license scans, and meetings — no clipboard, no manual desk log
Multi-unit desking — structure several units on one deal with per-unit taxes, down-payment and trade allocation across units, and payment rolls that target any unit — built for how RV, marine, and powersports deals actually work
Partner API — a scoped, dealer-controlled REST API with webhooks so the vendors a store already uses can push leads and pull data safely — without ever touching the core database
MCP server for AI assistants — a published, security-first MCP capability that lets a dealer’s own AI assistant read dealership reporting through OAuth with finite, operator-issued grants — documented publicly at dealercrm.com/mcp. No competitor on this page has anything like it
New · Spring 2026 Shipped · not announced

The 2026 capability stack — eight tools that shipped this spring

Built for the next decade of selling, not the last one — these eight shipped this spring while text-first CRMs were still trying to text back.

Factory window stickers by VIN — the real OEM Monroney label (original MSRP, factory-installed equipment, fuel economy, warranty) pulled by VIN, one tap to send. Not reconstructed from specs — the actual sticker for that exact unit
Vehicle comparison builder — 2–5 units side by side with an OliviaAI-written recommendation, delivered by email, text, link, or PDF from the customer card or just by asking OliviaAI
OliviaAI Dashboard Studio — describe the report you want in plain English; OliviaAI queries your real data, picks the chart, and saves the dashboard. No SQL, no BI queue
Native iOS & Android app — scan a plate or VIN, place a recorded dealership-line call, snap a trade-in, talk to OliviaAI hands-free. Reps sell from the lot, not a laptop
Market pricing intelligence — every unit's position against the live market (comparable listings, price spread, days-to-turn, aging risk) on our own corpus of millions of tracked listings
Live engagement signals — a known customer browsing your site right now fires an ambient alert to the rep, with a per-customer engagement heatmap
Media intelligence on every channel — photos and videos a customer sends by text, email, or chat are read, transcribed, and understood, then folded into the relationship summary
Calls as a first-class inbox item — the recording, AI summary, and transcript sit in the same unified inbox as email and text, with one-tap add-customer and follow-up
